目的对2005年《中华人民共和国药典》(一部)中大黄的土大黄苷检查方法进行了改进。方法采用硅胶G薄层板和土大黄苷对照品进行薄层鉴别。结果与结论方法简便,斑点清晰,效果良好。
Objective To improve the method for the determination of euphorbia glycosides in rhubarb in “Pharmacopoeia of the People’s Republic of China” (2005). Methods Thin-layer identification was performed on silica gel G plate and euphorbia glycosides reference substance. Results and Conclusion The method is simple, clear spots, the effect is good.
