目的对舌侧正畸给患者口腔功能与美观造成的影响进行分析。方法选取错颌畸形患者58例,随机分为两组,对照组28例接受传统唇侧正畸非拔牙治疗,观察组30例接受舌侧正畸治疗,对比两组不适情况及美观影响程度。结果观察组美观影响程度显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者各时段口腔中软组织不适感差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),观察组患者前28 d进食不便程度显著高于对照组(P<0.05),语言障碍前7 d显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论患者行舌侧正畸治疗时,在前2个月对患者进食与发音有较大影响,然而舌侧正畸给患者美观造成的影响较小,值得在临床中推广。
Objective To analyze the effect of lingual orthodontics on the oral function and aesthetic appearance of patients. Methods Fifty-eight patients with malocclusion were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received conventional orthodontic treatment without lip extraction, and the observation group received lingual orthodontic treatment. The discomfort and aesthetic influence of the two groups were compared. Results The aesthetic effect of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference in the oral soft tissue discomfort between the two groups at each time point (P> 0.05). The degree of eating inconvenience in the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group In the control group (P <0.05), the 7th day before language impairment was significantly higher than that in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusions Patients undergoing lingual orthodontic treatment have a greater influence on eating and phonation in the first two months. However, the orthodontic effect of lingual orthodontics on patients’ appearance is relatively small and worthy of promotion in clinical practice.
