在50mg/L含氟水中加入锌、锰、钼饲养Wistar大鼠。4周后结果显示,锌、锰、钼联合应用有效地阻断了氟在骨组织的沉积,阻断率为56.61%,并能拮抗氟的肾毒性作用,降低氟对血胆碱酯酶活力的影响。氟在体外常温常压下不与锌、锰、钼形成复合物,提示其抗氟作用部位在动物体内。
Wistar rats were fed with zinc, manganese and molybdenum in 50mg / L fluoride water.
