1 Materials and Methods 1.1 Jiangzhining Group Fang Chia, Alisma, Cassia, Hawthorn, Astragalus and so on. The decoction was prepared by the research group using conventional water-immersion and alcohol-sinking method (containing 100% crude drug). 1.2 High-fat diet formula Lard 8%, cholesterol 2%, add 90% common feed. 1.3 Experimental group SD male rats were randomly divided into 3 groups. The normal control group was fed normal feed, the model group and Chinese medicine group were fed with high-fat diet, and blood lipids were measured after 10W.
