目的探讨阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片联合注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。方法选取100例肺炎患儿,随机分为两组,对照组(48例)在常规治疗基础上给予注射用炎琥宁8 mg/kg,加入100 m L 5%葡萄糖注射液静脉滴注,1 d/次;观察组(52例)在对照组治疗基础之上,服用阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片1片/次,2次/d,餐时服用。治疗5~7 d。通过治疗后的疗效,咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间、退热时间、肺功能指标及治疗期间不良反应情况,评价阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片联合注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿肺炎的疗效。结果观察组有效率92.3%,对照组有效率75.0%,观察组的治疗有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患儿咳嗽、肺部湿啰音消失时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);退热时间与对照组相比,没有显著性差异。治疗前,两组FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC相比,差异无统计学意义;治疗后两组FVC、FEV1和FEV1/FVC均明显升高,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且观察组上述肺功能指标高于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗期间,两组不良反应率无统计学差异。结论阿莫西林克拉维酸钾分散片联合注射用炎琥宁治疗小儿肺炎具有较好的治疗效果,能显著改善小儿肺炎症状,在抑制炎症的同时提高患儿肺功能,用药安全,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of amoxicillin and clavulanate potassium dispersible tablets combined with injection of mesylate on infantile pneumonia. Conclusion Amoxicillin clavulanate dispersible tablets combined with injection of mesylate for the treatment of children with pneumonia has a good therapeutic effect, can significantly improve the symptoms of children with pneumonia, inhibit the inflammation at the same time improve children’s lung function, medication safety, worthy of clinical promotion use.
