以冷固化的酚醛树脂为基体,碳织物为增强填料的层压塑料,与用玻璃纤维或有机纤维作为增强填料的材料相比,具有更高的化学稳定性。用接触成型法,可将酚醛塑料制成各种规格的耐化学腐蚀贮槽和管道。这里介绍的复合材料系由二层碳塑料衬层,玻璃纤维增强塑料为中间结构层所组成。为了确定材料的最合理结构,曾在粘胶纤维生产的最强腐蚀介质一增塑浴中,对碳塑料衬层的化学稳定性进行了研究。
With cold-cured phenolic resin as the matrix, the carbon fabric is a laminated plastic reinforced with a filler, which has a higher chemical stability than a glass fiber or organic fiber as a reinforcing filler. With contact molding, phenolic plastic can be made of a variety of chemical resistant tanks and pipes. The composite material described here is made up of a two-layer carbon plastic lining and a glass fiber reinforced plastic as an intermediate structure layer. In order to determine the most rational structure of the material, the chemical stability of the carbon-plastic lining has been studied in a plasticizing bath, the strongest corrosive medium for viscose fiber production.
