潘××,41岁,1孕0产,住院号,119386。腹部伤口疤痕于月经时胀痛已7年。患者于1967年,孕4个多月,行剖腹取胎术,术后1个月行经,第4个月后,每于月经来时,腹部伤口疤痕胀痛,胀痛程度逐月加重,于腹壁手术疤痕处有硬实隆起包块,渐次增大。1972年,于疤痕处取活检。病理报告:子宫内膜异位症。曾用丙酸睾丸酮,每月总量300mg,治疗半年无效,改用口服避孕药1号,两个疗程,亦无效。
