在直读光谱分析中,我们常遇到小样品,这样由于火花架上的电极孔径大,当小样品放上后,会导致漏气而使分析失败。其次样品太小,也无法在砂轮和磨盘机上磨。例如某建筑部门送来一批φ10mm建筑钢材,急需得到元素分析结果才能施工。为了解决小样品的分析,我们采用一种速凝粘合剂,用镶嵌的方法进行小样品分析;得到了良好的效果,满足了用户的急需。这种粘合剂是由一种石膏粉和一种酯、醚液体混合而成。
In direct-reading spectral analysis, we often encounter small samples, so that due to the large electrode aperture on the spark holder, when a small sample is placed, it will lead to air leaks and the analysis fails. Second, the sample is too small, it can not grind on the grinding wheel and the grinding machine. For example, a construction department sent a group of φ10mm construction steel, urgent need of elemental analysis results to construction. In order to solve the analysis of small samples, we use a quick-setting adhesive, using a mosaic method of small sample analysis; got good results, to meet the urgent needs of users. This adhesive is made from a mixture of gypsum powder and an ester, ether liquid.
