目的:优选三子方的提取工艺。方法:利用豚鼠组胺引喘试验比较水煎煮法和乙醇回流法对三子方药效的影响;以芥子碱硫氰酸盐、迷迭香酸提取量及浸膏得率的综合评分为指标,采用正交试验考察乙醇体积分数、溶剂用量、提取时间及提取次数对三子方提取工艺的影响,结合豚鼠组胺引喘药效试验验证最佳工艺。结果:采用乙醇回流法提取,最佳提取工艺为加10倍量70%乙醇提取3次,每次1 h;芥子碱硫氰酸盐、迷迭香酸提取量分别为7.26,5.63 mg·g-1。结论:结合药效学试验优选的提取工艺稳定可行,重复性好,适用于三子方的工业生产。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of the third son.
