采用ANOVA方法对杉木 (Cunninghamialanceolata)树高、胸径和材积等生长性状相关联的RAPD分子标记进行了检测。单标记分析检测到与树高生长相关联的分子标记有 3个 ,胸径有 5个 ,材积有 2个 ,其累积贡献率分别为 1 5 8% ,2 4 36%和 1 0 63% ;双标记分析共检测出 2 86对标记组合 (其中树高有 96对 ,胸径有 94对 ,材积有 96对 ) ,与杉木生长性状紧密关联。与杉木生长性状相关的标记互作效应十分显著。表 4参 7
The RAPD markers associated with the growth traits of Chinese fir (Cunninghamia lanceolata) such as tree height, DBH and volume were detected by ANOVA. Single marker analysis showed that there were 3 molecular markers associated with tree height growth, 5 at breast diameter and 2 in volume, with cumulative contributions of 15.8%, 24.4% and 10 63%, respectively; Marker analysis detected a total of 2 86 pairs of markers (96 trees in height, 94 pairs in diameter and 96 in volume), closely related to the growth traits of Chinese fir. The marker interaction effect related to the growth traits of Chinese fir is very significant. Table 4 Reference 7
