我国目前机床拥有量超过300万台,从数量上看居世界第二位,但突出的矛盾是素质差、性能落后。其中很大一部分必须淘汰更新,还有一部分急需采用新技术进行改造或改装。用微电子技术改造老机床,特别是改遣重型、精密机床,效果很好,这一点己被人们所普遍接受。当前,在积极抓数控改装试点的同时,要着重抓机床的数显改装工作。因为在老机床上安装数显装置,能提高加工精度和质量,减少辅助工时,减轻劳动强度,从而提高机床的加工效率(一般可提高20~30%,对复杂零件可成倍提高),经济效益十分显著。国内生产数显感应同步器的工厂目前只有一家,即上海水平仪厂。该厂生产感应同步器己有多年历史,具有较高的技术水平。本刊发表这篇文章,希望对正在从事老机床改造的读者们有所帮助。
