以研究二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼产品的组成结构出发,采用液质联用仪分析了溶解性存在差异的两个样品。寻找到了影响有机钼在润滑油中溶解性的两个主要原因:一是溶解性优异的样品中存在链长更长的碳十三有机钼,并通过液相色谱获得了不同链长有机钼的组成;二是二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸钼中的硫桥被氧桥所取代,导致了分子的极性增大,油溶性变差。
In order to study the composition of molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate, two samples with different solubility were analyzed by LC / MS. The main reasons that influence the solubility of organic molybdenum in lubricating oil are found: one is the presence of carbon 13 organic molybdenum with longer chain length in samples with excellent solubility, and the organic molybdenum with different chain lengths is obtained by liquid chromatography ; The second is that the sulfur bridge in the molybdenum dialkyldithiocarbamate is replaced by the oxygen bridge, resulting in the increase of the polarity of the molecule and the deterioration of oil solubility.
