评估土壤有机碳库需准确测定土壤中有机碳含量。采用燃烧法和化学氧化法对我国不同pH值土壤剖面样品进行了有机碳含量的比对分析。结果表明:对于pH≤7.11的中、酸性土壤,燃烧法与化学氧化法的测定结果无显著差异,平均相对相差为5.11%,两种方法具有可比性,燃烧法具有操作过程简单、分析速度快、测定结果准确度好、精密度高等优点;对于pH>7.11的碱性土壤,燃烧法与化学氧化法的测定结果差异显著,平均相对相差在110%以上。酸洗处理后燃烧法测定结果明显低于化学氧化法结果。从效率以及结果准确性方面考虑,建议碱性土壤选用化学氧化法测定其有机碳含量。
Assessment of soil organic carbon pool requires accurate determination of soil organic carbon content. Combining the combustion and chemical oxidation methods, the organic carbon content of soil samples with different pH values in China was compared and analyzed. The results showed that for acid soil with pH≤7.11, there was no significant difference between combustion method and chemical oxidation method, the average relative difference was 5.11%, and the two methods were comparable. The combustion method has the advantages of simple operation process, fast analysis speed , The accuracy of the determination result is good and the precision is high. For the alkaline soil with pH> 7.11, there is significant difference between the combustion and chemical oxidation methods, the average relative difference is more than 110%. After pickling treatment combustion method was significantly lower than the results of chemical oxidation method. In terms of efficiency and accuracy of results, it is recommended that alkaline soil be selected for chemical oxidation to determine its organic carbon content.
