我厂C525立式车床变速箱液压变速(共18档速度),自1960年入厂后,一直不好使用。主要表现是变速时经常需要反复挂档才能挂上,甚至许多档简直难以挂上,并常常伴随着“嘎、嘎……”的极大噪声。变速为什么困难呢?试做以下粗略分析。如图1,变速伊始,油缸D_(12)立即通过单向阀和可调节流阀DP_1接通油箱而显著卸荷,锁紧杆在油缸上部弹簧的作用下,同时开始复位。
