我厂氟化盐生产过程,从氟酸反应炉排出的废渣合有约16%的硫酸,未与萤石反应而呈游离状态随渣排出。过去,为了中和废渣中的游离硫酸,还专门成立了石灰生产和石灰硝化工段。为了解决氟石膏的综合利用问题,我厂利用废渣中的游离酸与粘土矿制浆溶浸,成功地生产出硫酸铝,产品质量基本符合国家标准。这不但可以填补部分硫酸铝供应上的缺口,而且可以节约用于生产硫酸铝的硫酸,既综合回收了废渣中的有用物质,又有利于支
Fluoride salt production process in our factory, the waste from the hydrofluoric acid reactor together with about 16% of the sulfuric acid, did not react with the fluorite and was discharged with slag.
