上个世纪90年代以来,智能建筑才在我国起步,但是发展却十分迅猛。由于建筑智能化是一项系统工程,而且技术更新周期愈来愈快,并且涉及多个学科和多个管理部门,相对于智能技术的发展相应的设计与管理等方面已远远落后。由于国家管理标准的相对滞后,全国各地方建设部门对智能建筑的标准也千差万别,因此大多数地区对其发展还是处于随意发展的状态。以此为出发点,本文分析了当前我国智能建筑系统设计中主要存在的问题,总结了智能建筑系统常用的关键设计方法,研究结果对于智能建筑系统相关领域研究具有重要意义。
Since the 90s of last century, intelligent building started in our country, but the development is very rapid. As building intelligence is a systematic project, and the technical update cycle is getting faster and faster, and involves multiple disciplines and multiple management departments, the relative design and management of intelligent technology development has lagged far behind. Due to the relative lag of national management standards, the standards of intelligent buildings in various local construction departments vary widely. Therefore, the development of most areas is still at random development. Taking this as a starting point, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the current design of intelligent building systems in our country, summarizes the key design methods commonly used in intelligent building systems, and the research results are of great significance to the research in the related fields of intelligent building systems.
