近几年来,房地产行业非常火爆,始终是高收益的行业,也是中国人投资的首选,其具有投资时间长、高收益、以固定资产为实物、市场竞争不够充足等特点。随着我国房地产市场进一步发展,当前房地产项目已经得到了充足发展,并且其中的竞争已经越来越激烈,在这种情况下,如何了解政策调控对房地产项目营销策略的影响,成为众多学者关注的重点问题。在本次研究中,本文以合肥市为案例,对其实际情进行分析,在研究政策调控对房地产项目影响的同时,分析合肥市房地产市场的现状,最后对其营销策略进行分析,为房地产营销提供借鉴。
