目前高端装载机的变速器大都采用电液集成控制,但在ZL20/30型装载机上常用的BS428型变速器没有专用匹配的电液操纵阀。为了能使该型变速器实现电液集成控制功能,我公司在不改变BS428型变速器现有连接油口及安装尺寸的前提下,为其设计制作了一种电液换挡缓冲操纵阀。
At present, the transmission of high-end loaders mostly adopts the electro-hydraulic integrated control, but the BS428 type transmission commonly used on the ZL20 / 30 loaders has no special matching electro-hydraulic control valve. In order to make this type of transmission to achieve the function of electro-hydraulic integrated control, our company does not change the BS428-type transmission under the premise of the existing connection ports and installation dimensions, for its design and manufacture of an electro-hydraulic shift buffer control valve.
