今年以来,荆门市政府秘书长赵玉坤同志,先后三次深入档案馆,了解档案工作情况,帮助解决实际困难。大家称他是:热心档案事业的秘书长。荆门市档案馆是由原荆门县、荆门市合并而成的省辖市级档案馆,摊子大,基础差,档案工作一度处于被动局面。新上任的政府秘书长赵玉坤同志,把档案工作列入工作日程,不仅对请示解决档案工作困难的报告件件有回音,还于今年4月20日、6月23日、7月8日三次深入档案馆听取汇报档案工作情况,实地了解档案工作困难,并两次对馆内设置、案卷质量进行认真检查。在听取汇报中得知,档案馆目前面临三大难:一是资金缺少,正常业务
