近年来,随着工农业生产的发展和城镇化水平的提高,大量工业废水和生活污水排入浏阳河,导致浏阳河水环境质量的下降,严重地威胁了浏阳河流域的可持续发展。针对浏阳河流域水环境问题,提出浏阳河水环境容量的定量分析方法,包括水环境容量计算模型和基于水环境容量计算的控制单元划分。利用上述方法,对浏阳河流域的水资源现状进行评价;根据流域水功能分区,运用正向法对浏阳河流域水环境容量进行定量分析,并提出浏阳河流域水环境管理的措施。
In recent years, with the development of industrial and agricultural production and the improvement of urbanization level, a large amount of industrial wastewater and domestic sewage are discharged into Liuyang River, resulting in the decrease of the environmental quality of Liuyang River, which seriously threatens the sustainable development of Liuyang River Basin. Aiming at the problem of water environment in Liuyang River Basin, a quantitative analysis method of water environment capacity of Liuyang River is proposed, including water environment capacity calculation model and control unit division based on water environment capacity calculation. The water resources in Liuyang River Basin are assessed by using the above method. Based on the water functional zoning, the water environment capacity of Liuyang River Basin is quantitatively analyzed by the forward method, and the water environmental management measures in Liuyang River Basin are proposed.
