本文综述了在船舶动力、固定式动力和重型车辆方面采用大功率(0.5~5MW)烧煤热气机的优点与缺点,展望了大型烧煤热气机的今后发展方向,并讨论了一些新的设计思想,包括改装现有柴油机和空气压缩机,使之成为林彭—斯特林发动机的想法。最后,提出了关于在上海船厂建造的长江客轮上采用烧煤热气机的初步设想。这类客轮原先采用1250马力,285rpm,三级膨胀式蒸汽机,以后改用12VEDZ30/55型柴油机。本文提出将这类柴油机改装成林彭—斯特林发动机(热气机)的设计方案。此外,简要叙述了在专为大型烧煤动力装置而设计的大型热气机方面的一些新见解。
In this paper, the advantages and disadvantages of using high power (0.5-5 MW) coal-fired steam turbines in ship power, stationary power and heavy vehicles are reviewed. The future development of large coal-fired steam turbines is discussed. Some new designs are discussed Ideas, including the modification of existing diesel and air compressors, made them the idea of a Lin Peng-Stirling engine. Finally, the tentative plan of using coal-fired steam engine on the Yangtze River passenger ferry constructed in Shanghai shipyard is put forward. This type of passenger ship originally used 1250 horsepower, 285rpm, three expansion steam engine, later switched to 12VEDZ30 / 55 diesel engine. This paper presents the design of such diesel engine converted into Lin Peng - Stirling engine (hot air machine) design. In addition, a brief overview of some of the new insights into large-scale heat engines designed for large-scale coal-fired power plants is provided.
