目的 观察复方聚维酮碘片 (CPI)口腔给药对大鼠的长期毒性。方法 6 0只Wistar大鼠随机分为对照组、0 4和 4 0mg·kg-1·d-1CPI口腔给药组 ,连续给药 30d。结果 口腔给予CPI组大鼠的体重、脏器指数、血常规和血清生化指标 (GPT、GOT、TP、BUN、Cr)与对照组比较无显著差别 (P >0 0 5 )。结论 复方聚维酮碘片长期口腔给药对大鼠没有明显毒性
Objective To observe the long-term toxicity of compound povidone-iodine tablets (CPI) in rats. Methods Sixty Wistar rats were randomly divided into control group, 0 4 and 40 mg · kg -1 · d -1 CPI oral administration group, continuous administration for 30 days. Results There was no significant difference in body weight, organ index, blood and serum biochemical indexes (GPT, GOT, TP, BUN, Cr) between the CPI group and the control group (P> 0.05). Conclusion Long-term oral administration of compound povidone iodine tablets has no obvious toxicity to rats
