The purpose of this double-helical snail is an important intermediate host for the transmission of Schistosoma mansoni. The changes of environmental factors have a great influence on the distribution and spread of the snail, and the spatial distribution of the snakebite and its influencing factors are studied to predict The snail distribution, Man Schistosomiasis risk monitoring to provide scientific basis. Methods On the basis of obtaining the double-umbilical cord density data of the barren bar in the river sections in various districts of Shenzhen City, spatial autocorrelation and spatial statistical analysis were used to analyze the spatial distribution characteristics of the bar-snub-nosed cord density in the river sections of Shenzhen. As well as the relationship with environmental factors. The results showed that the distribution of snails in Shenzhen was strongly aggregated, and the density was affected by the environmental factors. The snails rarely appeared in the environment with excellent or poor water quality, mainly distributed in the small undulating terrain and the gradient between 0 and 9 , And the vegetation is in the range of 3 ~ 9. Influenced by the maritime climate, the difference of regional temperature and humidity has little effect on the snail distribution. And the environmental factors on the snail density difference was statistically significant, the environmental correlation slope> vegetation> humidity> water quality> temperature. Conclusion The analysis results show that the distribution characteristics of the double-snail and the environmental factors are closely related. Environmental factors affect their living conditions, and its distribution density also has some relevance.
