对均匀平铺的典型载荷条件下微波干燥室的反射特性进行了研究。干燥室的功率反射系数随微波干燥室内载荷情况的变化而变化。由于不同种类的物料的介电常数不同 ,使得干燥室在其他条件相同的情况下表现出不同的功率反射特性。蒸馏水载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数最小 ,糙米载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数略小于稻谷载荷下干燥室的功率反射系数。在均匀平铺载荷状态下 ,存在临界厚度 ,稻谷和糙米的临界厚度分别约为 2 0 mm和 17mm ,蒸馏水的临界厚度约为 7mm。
The reflection characteristics of a microwave drying chamber under a uniform tiled load were studied. The power reflection coefficient of the drying chamber varies with the load of the microwave drying chamber. Due to the different dielectric constant of different kinds of materials, the drying chamber shows different power reflection characteristics under other conditions. The power reflection coefficient of the drying chamber under the condition of distilled water load is the smallest. The power reflection coefficient of the drying chamber under the brown rice load is slightly less than the power reflection coefficient of the drying chamber under the rice load. Under uniform tiled loading, there is a critical thickness, with critical thicknesses of about 20 mm and 17 mm respectively for paddy and brown rice, and about 7 mm for distilled water.
