稳定平台可以很好地隔离载机飞行过程中的角扰动,而控制系统的设计对其隔离性能的实现至关重要。针对在使用Simulink仿真时,数学模型中电机特性以及负载的影响难以确定的问题,通过实验数据对模型校准,以及设计的3种不同模拟负载进行了试验验证,从而得到了精确的仿真模型。研究结果表明,该模型能够真实反应电机及负载的特性,有利于稳定平台控制系统的仿真设计,保证了稳定平台的顺利交付。
The stable platform can well isolate the disturbance of the aircraft during the flight, and the design of the control system is very important to the isolation performance. In the simulation of Simulink, the influence of the motor characteristics and load in the mathematical model is difficult to determine. Experimental calibration of the model and the design of three different simulated loads are verified by experiments, and an accurate simulation model is obtained. The results show that the model can truly reflect the characteristics of the motor and the load, is conducive to the stability of the platform control system simulation design, to ensure the smooth delivery of a stable platform.
