城市道路网络是一种特殊的空间,是城市中其它用地功能赖以正常发挥的中间环节。在对我国大城市交通拥堵追根溯源的规划反思中,关于道路网络密度、用地开发尺度的关注、讨论和研究正在逐渐增加。面对大街区开发模式所导致的道路交通及其衍生的社会问题凸现,小街区规划和开发模式却依然难以推进的背景,有必要对小街区的利弊进行梳理,为城市转型或重构提供更可持续的决策参考。
Urban road network is a kind of special space, which is an intermediate link of other land use functions in the city.
