针对电能市场和辅助服务市场并存的发展趋势 ,提出一种同时考虑电能和 AGC及旋转备用两项辅助服务的综合竞价模型。在模型及求解中考虑了机组调节速率、AGC、旋转备用和合同电量等多项约束条件 ,具体求解时分两步进行 ,先采用改进优先顺序法确定机组组合方案 ,然后采用网络流规划中的原始对偶法在入选机组中进行电能和辅助服务综合竞价 ,得出发电市场次日交易计划各时段各种服务的电价及分配方案。最后通过一个算例 ,将这种方法与独立竞价法所得的结果进行了比较 ,可以看出这种方法在完成各种服务竞价的同时 ,更能节省购电费用。
Aiming at the coexistence of power market and auxiliary service market, this paper proposes a comprehensive bidding model that considers both ancillary services of electricity, AGC and spin-back. In the model and the solution, many constraints such as the unit regulation rate, AGC, spin reserve and contract power are taken into account in the model and solution. The specific solution is divided into two steps in time. Firstly, the improved priority order method is used to determine the unit combination plan. Then, Dual method in selected units for electric energy and auxiliary services integrated bidding, power generation market trading day after day various services price and distribution programs. Finally, an example is given to compare this method with that obtained by independent bidding method. It can be seen that this method can save electricity purchase cost while completing various service bidding.
