以含双巯基型的4,4’-二巯基二苯硫醚与甲基丙烯氯反应,一步法合成了高折射率甲基烯丙基型双巯酯基单体。合成的4,4’-二(甲基烯丙基巯酯基)二苯硫醚折射率为1.654。研究了缚酸剂种类、甲基丙烯酰氯与4,4’-二巯基二苯硫醚摩尔比对产物收率的影响。通过紫外光固化方法制备了聚(4,4’-二(甲基烯丙基巯酯基)二苯硫醚)涂层,涂层在2μm处的折射率为1.626,硬度为3H,附着力为2级,透光率较高。
The double mercapto-type 4,4’-dimercaptodiphenyl sulfide and methyl chloride reacted with one-step synthesis of high refractive index methallyl bis-thioester monomer. The refractive index of the synthesized 4,4’-bis (methallylmercaptoester) diphenyl sulfide was 1.654. The effects of the species of acid-binding agent, the molar ratio of methacrylic acid chloride to 4,4’-dimercaptodiethylsulfide on product yield were studied. A poly (4,4’-bis (methallylmercaptoester) diphenyl sulfide) coating was prepared by a UV cure method. The coating had a refractive index of 1.626 at 2 μm, a hardness of 3 H, an adhesion Level 2, high light transmittance.
