介绍了在同一轴上具有两个相同偏心矩的激振电机的振动磨,并且研究了两电机实现自同步运转的动态特性。通过动力学分析建立了自同步振动磨的力学模型,列出其力学微分方程,运用Hamilton原理导出了此振动磨实现双电机同步运转的自同步条件和稳定性条件。
The vibration mill of two excited motors with the same eccentricity on the same axis is introduced, and the dynamic characteristics of the two motors are studied. The dynamic model of the self-synchronous vibration mill is established through the dynamic analysis. The mechanical differential equations are listed and the self-synchronization and stability conditions of the dual-motor synchronous operation are derived using the Hamilton principle.
