资金是企业正常经营运作的保障,加强对资金使用情况的监督与管理,是实现电力企业长久生产经营的根本,同时也是加强其整体发展的重要推进力。本文分析并研究了电力企业的实际经营情况,认为其应选择适当的、具有针对性的资金管理模式,建立健全资金管理体系,实现内部部门彼此之间交流与合作,合理化使用企业资金,提高资金使用效率。本文认为电力企业资金管理存在的主要问题是相关内部控制体系不够完善和规范,预算制度流于形式,资金周转不利等。对于这些问题,本文认为应当从健全预算制度和财务管理制度,加强风险管理和信息化建设等几方面入手,完善电力企业资金管理工作,提高电力企业资金使用效率和效益。
