采用组织培养与放射免疫法，研究了甘露消毒丹全方、残方及加味方，对小鼠ＩＦＮ、ＮＫ、ＩＬ－２的影响。结果表明：甘露消毒丹全方、加味方与苦残方，对小鼠ＩＦＮ效价的影响，明显高于造模组；甘露消毒丹全方、加味方与苦残方，均能显著增强ＮＫ活性；甘露消毒丹全方对ＩＬ－２刺激指数的影响，优于加味方与芳残方、苦残方。
Tissue culture and radioimmunoassay were used to study the effects of Ganlu Disinfection Danquan Fang, Ren Fang and Jiawei Fang on mouse IFN, NK and IL-2. The results showed that the effects of Ganlu Disinfection Danquanfang, Modified Flavor and Bitter Residues on the IFN titer of mice were significantly higher than those of the modelling group; Glucosamine Disinfection Danquanfang, Modified Flavor and Bitter Residues, could both significantly enhance NK Activity; The effect of Ganlu Disinfection Danquanfang on IL-2 stimulation index is superior to flavored Fang and Fang residual and bitter residual.
