通过对器械体操教学中学员心理状态的研究,结合多年来教学训练的实践经 验,从不同侧面探索了在器械体操教学中,如何准确把握学员心理,提高教学质量的问题。
Through the research on the mentality of students in gymnastics teaching and the practical experience of teaching and training over the years, this paper explores how to grasp the trainee psychology correctly and improve the teaching quality from different aspects.
