临床诊断Creutzfeldt-Jakob病(CJD)的标准有三 条,即在两年之内迅速进展的痴呆;典型的神经系统体征和EEG上出现周期性尖波复合波。但最近报告的据认为与牛海绵状脑病有关的一种新的CJD变异型则无典型的EEG改变。
There are three criteria for clinical diagnosis of Creutzfeldt-Jakob disease (CJD), dementia that progresses rapidly within two years; typical neurological signs and periodic spike complexes on the EEG. However, it has been reported recently that a new variant of CJD associated with bovine spongiform encephalopathy has no typical EEG changes.
