《四川省统计管理条例》(以下简称《条例》),已于1995年12月20日,经四川省第八届人民代表大会常务委员会第18次会议审议通过,并公布施行。这是我省第一个地方性统计法规,它的颁布实施,对于我省加强统计法制建设,规范统计活动,保证统计数据的真实可靠和全面及时上报,制止和查处虚报浮夸的违法行为都具有十分重要的作用。为了更好地贯彻执行《条例》,现就有关问题通知如下:
