为了改善传统液压驱动的金属屑压块机传动效率低下、结构复杂等缺陷,设计了一种新型直驱式液压系统应用于金属屑压块机中,通过采用A4V闭式变量泵和交流伺服电机组合,构建了全新的直驱液压单元。在AMESim软件平台中,设计排量调节规则并验证规则的可行性,实现了对液压缸的闭环位置控制。通过仿真研究表明,改进后的系统降低了装机功率,有利于延长伺服电机寿命,同时提升金属屑压块机的工作能力。
In order to improve the traditional hydraulically driven metal scrap briquetting machine transmission efficiency is low, complex structure and other defects, designed a new type of direct drive hydraulic system used in metal chip briquetting machine, through the use of A4V closed variable pump and AC servo motor Combined to build a brand new direct drive hydraulic unit. In the AMESim software platform, the rules of displacement regulation are designed and the feasibility of the rules is verified. The closed-loop position control of the hydraulic cylinder is realized. The simulation results show that the improved system reduces the installed power, prolongs the service life of the servo motor and enhances the working ability of the metal scrap briquetting machine.
