目的:既治疗牙龈瘤,又保留牙龈瘤受累牙齿。方法:在局部麻醉或表面麻醉下,使用液氮,采用接触法或棉签法冷冻治疗牙龈瘤1min～3min,重复2个～3个冻融周期。结果:280例患者,有256例治愈,占91.43%,牙龈瘤受累牙齿得到保留,能发挥正常咬合功能。结论:液氮治疗牙龈瘤及受累牙齿是治疗牙龈瘤保留受累牙齿的一种有效方法。
PURPOSE: To treat both gingival tumors and retain the gingiva involvement of the teeth. Methods: Under local anesthesia or topical anesthesia, liquid nitrogen was used to treat gingival tumor with contact method or cotton swab method for 1 min to 3 min, and repeated 2 to 3 cycles of freezing and thawing. Results: 280 patients, 256 cases were cured, accounting for 91.43%, gingival involvement of the teeth are retained, can play a normal occlusal function. Conclusion: Liquid nitrogen treatment of gingival tumor and affected teeth is an effective method for the treatment of gingiva retained tooth involvement.
