我们几个人都是1956年合作化时参加手工业联社的,先后担任过手工业社、厂的主办会计和财会负责人,在二轻系统财会岗位上,整整工作了28年. 我们热爱二轻财会工作,尽管业务考试能达到评定技术职称的要求,可是也不能正式评定,更谈不上升迁调了.而有些同志参加工作迟,水平低,只要一调离二轻,就成了国家干部,全民职工,也评定了技术职称,这使我们百思不得其解. 我们又为什么没有离开二轻集体企业呢?我们认为为个人利益而要求调离觉得卑鄙.在二轻系统干完这辈子,也没有怨言,但当前随着城市经济体制改革,二轻系统有一些设备落后、管理水平低
