企业作为社会发展的重要载体,其治理效率的高低决定经济增长的水平。很多人认为,企业的市场化程度越高其治理效率也越高,从而有利于推动经济增长。本文通过对转型期俄罗斯企业市场化程度与经济增长的实证分析得出,企业的市场化程度并不是经济增长的必要条件,相反,过度的市场化还可能造成经济的停滞和下滑。这主要取决于制度安排的合理与否,不同国情所对应企业的性质也应该存在较大差异,关键是其市场化程度必须符合经济发展的现实要求,即制度安排必须灵活、务实,符合本国的基本国情。
Enterprises as an important carrier of social development, the level of governance efficiency determines the level of economic growth. Many people think that the higher the degree of marketization of an enterprise, the higher its governance efficiency will be, which will be conducive to promoting economic growth. Based on the empirical analysis of the degree of marketization and economic growth of Russian enterprises in the transition period, this article concludes that the degree of marketization of enterprises is not a necessary condition for economic growth. On the contrary, over-marketization may cause economic stagnation and decline. This depends mainly on the reasonableness of the institutional arrangements. The differences in the nature of the enterprises corresponding to different national conditions also exist. The key is that the degree of marketization must meet the realistic requirements of economic development. That is, institutional arrangements must be flexible, pragmatic and in line with their own Basic national conditions.
