抗生素常用来治疗奶牛乳房炎等疾病,当用药后不按规定的安全期时间挤奶,奶中就会残留抗生素。有些人食含用抗生素的奶或其发酵制品如酸牛奶、干略等可引起变态反应性疾病、产生细菌耐药性以及造成肠道环境紊乱以致菌群失调。了解鲜奶中抗生素残留情况,对保护清费者的健康、促进奶发酵制品的生产、积累广东省鲜奶中抗生素残留的资料,具有现实的重要意义。我们于1986年对广州、深圳、佛山和肇庆等市鲜奶中抗生素残留情况进行了调查研究,结果报告如下:

Some people eat antibiotics containing milk or its fermented products such as yogurt, dry slightly, etc. can cause allergic diseases, resulting in bacterial resistance and cause intestinal disorders so flora imbalance. It is of practical significance to understand the situation of antibiotic residues in fresh milk, to protect the health of consumers, to promote the production of milk fermented products and to accumulate antibiotic residues in milk in Guangdong Province. We investigated the antibiotic residues in milk in Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Foshan and Zhaoqing in 1986 and reported the results as follows:
