组织公平观包括组织成员对组织公平的原则、内涵和功能的认识。运用个体深度访谈的方法,通过分解文本、命名概念、划分类别、形成范畴,本研究发现:组织公平的内涵具有“一视同仁”和“人文关怀”的双层结构,其功能在于为组织生活提供了一定的资源分配规则和层级流动规则。虽然中西方企业员工的组织公平观确实存在差异,但两者的相同点同样不容忽视。此外,中国企业知识型员工的组织公平观还呈现出一定的时代变迁特点。
Organizational justice includes organizational members’ awareness of the principles, connotations and functions of organizational justice. By means of in-depth interviews with individuals, by breaking down texts, naming concepts, classifying categories, and forming categories, this study finds that the connotation of organizational justice has a double-layered structure of “equal treatment” and “humanistic concern” Organizational life provides a certain degree of resource allocation rules and rules of flow. Although there is indeed a difference in the organizational fairness view of employees in Chinese and Western enterprises, the same can not be ignored. In addition, the organizational fairness view of Chinese knowledge workers also shows some characteristics of the times.
