以小麦早熟品种河农 32 6及其中熟亲本冀麦 2 4号为试验材料 ,应用间接酶联免疫吸附测定法 (ELISA) ,系统测定了两品种幼穗分化和子粒发育阶段 4种内源激素IAA、ZR、GA3 和ABA含量的变化动态。结果表明 ,在幼穗分化阶段 ,两品种GA3 和ZR含量对幼穗分化进程影响较大 ,IAA和ABA含量较低且变化较小 ,主要通过激素平衡影响幼穗分化。其中 ,河农 32 6的GA3 峰值出现早且绝对值较高 ,其ZR含量也相对处于较高水平 ;在两品种子粒灌浆阶段 ,ZR含量最早达到峰值 ,IAA含量的峰值与灌浆高峰基本一致。河农 32 6的ZR含量在子粒灌浆期间始终处于较高水平 ,且IAA的高值持续时间较长 ,这可能对其获得较大库容及较高粒重有重要作用
The early maturing wheat variety HeNong326 and its middle maturing parent JiMi244 were used as materials to determine the endogenous hormones of panicle differentiation and the development stage of grain in two varieties by indirect enzyme - linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) Dynamic changes of IAA, ZR, GA3 and ABA content. The results showed that GA3 and ZR contents of two cultivars had a significant effect on the differentiation of young spikelets at the stage of spike differentiation. The content of IAA and ABA was lower and changed little, mainly affecting the spike differentiation through hormonal balance. Among them, the peak value of GA3 in HeNan 32 6 appeared earlier and its absolute value was higher, and its ZR content was also at a relatively high level. The peak of ZR content reached the earliest at the grain filling stage of two varieties, and the peak of IAA content was basically the same with the peak of filling. The ZR content of Henong 32 6 was always at a high level during grain filling, and the high value of IAA lasted for a long time, which may play an important role in obtaining larger storage capacity and higher grain weight
