该矿于2010年3月在3口稠油井上试验应用新式井下电热管技术,现场试验应用证明新式井下电热管具有适用范围广、井下防蜡降粘效果好的特点,能耗与井下电热带相比减少15%。但在初期应用过程中,由于加热工作制度不合理,造成油井出口温度高,原油脱气严重的现象,为此我们根据每口油井实际情况摸索出合理的加热周期,即最大限度降低了能耗,又保证了油井正常生产。
