已证实色素人工双分子层膜(PBLM)可将光能转换为电能或化学能,并有助于阐明光合作用。 类脂是膜中一个很重要的组分。本工作的目的,是研究不同的类脂对TPP-类脂体系膜的光电效应之影响,以提高PBLM的效率。 我们测量了这些膜的光生伏特值(ΔV),不同的类脂有不同的值,含有脑磷脂的膜具有较高的ΔV。表明色素膜的光电效应与色素分子在膜中的排布有关,而各种类脂对这种排布的影响是不同的。 利用光活性的BLM储存太阳能和进行光化学转换方面的工作正在开展。
Pigment Artificial Bilayer (PBLM) has been demonstrated to convert light energy into electrical or chemical energy and help elucidate photosynthesis. Lipids are a very important component of the membrane. The purpose of this work is to study the effect of different lipids on the photoelectric effect of the TPP-lipid system membrane in order to improve the efficiency of PBLM. We measured the PV values (ΔV) for these films, with different lipids having different values, and those containing cephalin with higher ΔV. Show that the photoelectric effect of the pigment film and pigment molecules in the membrane arrangement, and the impact of various types of lipid on the arrangement is different. Work is under way to conserve solar energy and perform photochemical conversion using photoactive BLMs.
