我市郊区去年冬季曾经培训了七百多名亦农亦医的红十字医士,实践证明,这项工作符合中央关于加强农村卫生工作和培训亦农亦医卫生人员的指示精神,是卫生工作面向农村,在农村扎根的革命措施,是多快好省地培训农村卫生人员的重要途径,方向是正确的。目前,这批红十字医士已开展了防病治病工作,农民就医简便,不快工,少花钱,深受广大贫下中农的欢迎,从而促进了生产,密切了党和农民群众的关系。
In the suburbs of the city, more than 700 Red Cross medical doctors trained in agriculture and medicine were trained last year and winter. Practice has proved that this work is in line with the Central Government’s instructions on strengthening rural health work and training rural and health care personnel. In rural areas, revolutionary measures that are rooted in rural areas are an important way to more quickly and efficiently train rural health workers. The direction is correct. At present, these batches of medical practitioners of the Red Cross have carried out the work of preventing and curing diseases. Farmers are very simple and quick to get medical treatment. They spend less and are welcomed by the majority of poor and middle-income farmers. This has promoted production and has strengthened the relationship between the party and the peasants.
