超声测试技术在钢纤维砼试验中的应用

利用超声测试技术,进行了8 组共计48 个普通砼及钢纤维砼试件的力学性能试验.通过对试件裂缝的出现、发展及试件破坏过程的测试,获得了超声波在普通砼和钢纤维砼中传播的各种声学参数.利用所测得的超声波穿过砼试件的传播时间及首波振幅衰减量,分析讨论了砼强度和钢纤维含量对声学参数的影响,并在此基础上对普通砼及钢纤维砼的力学性能进行了综合分析.结果表明,钢纤维砼的抗裂、抗拉等力学性能明显优于普通砼.
