水土保持与荒漠化防治国家特色专业建设路径探析——以甘肃农业大学为例

甘肃农业大学水土保持与荒漠化防治国家特色专业以服务地方经济建设和社会发展为指导,确定了特色专业的人才培养目标,即培养扎根基层带领广大农民致富的生态建设科技人才。同时,针对特色专业建设所面临的机遇与挑战,提出特色专业建设的思路,即面向水土保持企业和基层环境管理单位培养生态建设人才、重点培养服务地方生态建设与经济发展的复合型应用人才、基于产学研相结合的视角培养学生的创新能力和实践能力、引进本土的高层次领军人才。根据特色专业的实际,从人才培养体系、课程教材、教学基础设施、师资队伍、教学管理制度等方面提出了具体的建设措施。最后,基于特色专业建设所取得的成果,总结了甘肃农业大学水土保持与荒漠化防治国家特色专业建设的基本经验,包括领导高度重视,全院师生积极参与;以市场为导向,及时准确了解地方经济社会发展对特色专业人才的需求情况;以引进本土的高层次人才和培养青年教师为契机,打造一支优良的教学团队;根据区域特色,致力于特色专业实践教学改革。 Under the guidance of serving the local economic construction and social development, Gansu Agricultural University’s National Specialty of Soil and Water Conservation and Desertification Prevention has set the goal of cultivating talents with specialties, that is, cultivating ecological construction talents who are rooted in grass roots to lead the masses of farmers to become rich. At the same time, in view of the opportunities and challenges that the specialty construction faces, this paper puts forward the train of thought for the construction of characteristic specialty, that is, cultivating ecological construction talents for soil and water conservation enterprises and grassroots environmental management units, focusing on cultivating compound application talents serving local ecological construction and economic development, Based on the combination of production, study and research, students should be trained in innovation and practical ability, and local high-level leading talents should be introduced. According to the characteristics of professional practice, from the personnel training system, curriculum materials, teaching infrastructure, teaching staff, teaching management system and other aspects of the specific construction measures put forward. Finally, based on the achievements made by the specialties construction, this paper summarizes the basic experience of Gansu Agricultural University in building national specialties in soil and water conservation and desertification control, including the leadership attaches great importance to the active participation of teachers and students; guided by the market, timely and accurate understanding of the local Economic and social development of the characteristics of the needs of professionals; in the introduction of local high-level personnel and training of young teachers as an opportunity to create a good teaching team; according to regional characteristics, is committed to the characteristics of professional practice teaching reform.
