目的探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐临床使用合理性与安全性评价问题。方法随机抽取某院2016年9月~2017年2月临床使用注射用丹参多酚酸盐住院病历200例,采用药品说明书推荐评价、药物利用研究及药品不良反应/事件(ADR/ADE)监测综合评价方法,初步探讨注射用丹参多酚酸盐临床使用合理性与安全性评价问题。结果药品说明书推荐评价标准总体得分较高,但所有病例均无中医诊断。结论中药注射剂的使用应在诊断、用法、用量正确的同时注意中医辨证,合理使用。
Objective To investigate the rationality and safety evaluation of salvia miltiorrhiza polyphenols for injection. Methods A hospital was randomly selected from September 2016 to February 2017. Clinical data of 200 cases of Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols in hospital were collected and used in the evaluation of drug recommendation, drug use and ADR / ADR monitoring Evaluation methods, preliminary study of Salviae miltiorrhizae polyphenols for clinical use and safety evaluation of the problem. Results of the drug manual recommended evaluation criteria higher overall score, but no case of Chinese medicine diagnosis. Conclusion The use of traditional Chinese medicine injections should be diagnosed, usage, dosage is correct while paying attention to TCM syndrome differentiation and rational use.
