近日,国务院通过了钢铁、汽车、船舶、石化、纺织、电子信息等十大产业振兴规划。发改委相关官员表示,重点产业振兴规划既非简单地应对危机的措施,也非面面俱到的长远规划,它应是一个远近结合,标本兼治,既立足于当前保稳定发展,又抓住机遇促进结构调整,有目标、有重点、有抓手、务求实效的行动计划方案。同时,振兴规划提出的技术升级、技术改造、技术进步,都会成为拉动内需很重要的市场因素。
