饮水中挥发性酚检测方法的改进

目的改进饮水中挥发性酚检测试剂的配制及保存方法,增加试剂保存期,进而达到减少检测步骤、缩短检测时间的目的。方法将液态显色剂4-氨基氨替吡啉和铁氰化钾分别浓缩5倍,对水中挥发性酚进行检测;用固态显色剂直接代替液态显色剂对饮水中挥发性酚进行检测。结果液态显色剂浓缩后可保存10 d以内;固态显色剂保存时间显著延长(>80 d)。结论本方法在保证实验准确度与精密度的基础上,延长了显色剂的保存期,简化了实验步骤,缩短了检测时间,为实现快速、准确检测技术打下基础。 Objective To improve the preparation and preservation of volatile phenol detection reagent in drinking water and increase the shelf life of the reagent so as to reduce the detection steps and shorten the detection time. Methods The liquid color reagent 4-aminopyrine and potassium ferricyanide were respectively concentrated by 5 times to detect the volatile phenol in the water. The solid color reagent was directly used instead of the liquid color reagent to detect the volatile phenol in drinking water . Results The liquid color reagent can be stored within 10 days when concentrated. The storage time of solid color reagent is significantly prolonged (> 80 days). Conclusion This method can prolong the shelf life of the reagent, simplify the experimental procedure and shorten the test time, which lays the foundation for the rapid and accurate detection technology, on the basis of ensuring the accuracy and precision of the experiment.
