进入新世纪以来,组织管理情境发生了翻天覆地的变化,由于自然环境与经济环境带来的双重压力,单个组织或部门已经很难实现独立的发展。如何提高企业间或部门间的协作效率成为一个亟待解决的问题。整合型领导力是一种全新的领导力模式,其通过目的整合、关系整合以及运行保障整合作用于网络,实现知识、资源以及信息的交流,达成合作单元的创新发展。 Since the beginning of the new century, the situation of organization and management has undergone tremendous changes. Due to the dual pressures brought about by the natural environment and the economic environment, it is very difficult for individual organizations or departments to achieve independent development. How to improve the efficiency of collaboration among enterprises or departments has become an urgent problem. Integrated leadership is a new type of leadership model that integrates integrative, relational, and operational assurance into the network to enable the exchange of knowledge, resources, and information, and to achieve the innovative development of cooperative units.
